MicroMedia Automation Studio is operated by MicroMedia. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
Information you give us
When you join the early-access list or request a consultation, we collect your name, email address, organization, role, and any information you choose to include in the form. We use that information to respond to you and to manage early-access invitations.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider may record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages requested for security and reliability. We do not currently use advertising trackers on this site.
How we use information
- To respond to consultation requests and waitlist signups
- To send updates about early access and Studio
- To protect the site and prevent abuse
- To comply with legal obligations
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host the site, send email, process payments, or provide support, and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
You can ask us to stop sending non-transactional email at any time by replying to a message or contacting us. We may still send messages needed to provide a service you requested.
Data retention and security
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely secure.
Your choices
