These terms govern use of the MicroMedia Automation Studio website and services. By using this site or requesting a consultation, you agree to these terms.
Consultations and implementation
Consultations are provided as described on the site. Implementation services, scope, fees, and deliverables are agreed separately in writing. Nothing on this site is a binding quote for implementation work.
Early access
Early-access invitations are limited and may change. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, pricing, or a particular launch date.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid Studio plans, seats, and add-ons will be described at purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Taxes may apply. We will provide receipts and cancellation instructions through the billing portal.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site or services to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or transmit malicious code. You are responsible for the content and instructions you provide to AI agents and for reviewing their output before relying on it.
AI limitations
AI systems can make mistakes, omit information, or produce unexpected results. Studio is a tool to assist your team, not a substitute for professional judgment. You are responsible for human review of important actions, communications, and decisions.
Intellectual property
The site, brand, software, and documentation are owned by MicroMedia or its licensors. You retain rights to your own business content. You grant us the limited rights needed to provide services you request.
Disclaimers
The site and services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that AI output will be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MicroMedia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the site or services. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim during the prior twelve months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
